So long as you receive the label you can package up your Xbox One and take it to the carrier to ship it out. If you're worried about not receiving the instructions
Phone/Chat support may be able to help you out with that.

Which Repair choice did you choose?

"a.If you choose Standard Repair, Microsoft will provide you a shipping label to send your non-working console to the service center where it will be repaired and then shipped back to you.

b.If you choose Advanced Exchange, Microsoft will send you a replacement console first. Once you receive the replacement console, you send back the non-working console."

Hi, emails can take a few hours or longer to be sent. If you do not get it by tomorrow, then you should contact Xbox support so they can send you a new email.

Good morning, I asked my xbox repair the site and was completed the entire process received the instructions on how to proceed with sending but have not received the email with the pre-paid label to send ..and not found in on- support line as again request
this label to send my device for repair ...

Log in with your account on xbox.com/live

Then go to the support section and register Your XBOX ONE.

Go to the repair section myservice.xbox.com and request a return for your controller.

You will receive packaging instructions.

Follow the instructions and sent the controller to the repair center.

You will receive a new controller within 20 business days.
