    Okay, so, my Xbox Gamertag is DemonNachJack, but, I can no longer get into it. Ever since that new security thing and the Microsoft Account thingy, I couldn't sign in... I know my email, but my current password is "incorrect." I've tried all my passwords,
    but I just can't seem to get it! It's still charging money a month for xbox life. All I want is my Xbox account back! Please, can't I just recover it using a second email or something?

    Also, I'm not good with talking, so I'd prefer a way without talking on the phone. Help! D:

    I have been having issues with my Xbox account all day. When I try to log into my Xbox. I get a pop-up saying that my account has been suspended due to billing issues. Now that's understandable. However I can't get onto my xbox.com/account
    because I get an error message saying "I have found a glitch in the system". I can't update my billing information or cancel the renew subscription. I want to have access to my XBOX account basically. Please fix my account ASAP.

    XBOX PLEASE ASSIST ME!

    Hi,

    You should be able to solve this issue by visiting this page here. More than likely you have automatic renewal on your account and the timer for it to renew has come up and Microsoft
    has not been able to charge the card that's currently on file. If you wish to continue to use your Xbox LIVE account you'll need to visit the page linked in this post and add a new payment method. Once you've added a new payment method, you'll be able to remove
    the old one and it should proceed to charge the new payment method on file so you can continue with your account.

    If you don't wish to continue your subscription at all and you'd like to go back to being a Free Member then you'll need to
    contact phone support so they can remove whatever payment method is causing this issue (more than likely an expired/invalid card), cancel the subscription,
    and turn off automatic renewal.

    you can chat with support, but to reset your password you can go to
    http://login.live.com
    and under the sign in say "can't access your account" to go through the motions of a password reset!!

    I see you are having issues accessing your Microsoft Account, and security proofs. This is why I would like to direct you to contact Microsoft support. They will be able to help with this issue.

    However, first of all, will you be able to check one of these options here:
    Forgotten
    Password on my account


    If you continue to go through the questions, it will ask you if you have an alternative email address in which Microsoft (The Outlook Team) can contact you in regards to this issue. If you do not use that email any more, you can click on the "Do not have
    access to these" option, where it will ask you to write an email in so Microsoft can contact you.

    Alternatively, you could also try contacting Xbox Live Chat support
    as well. As they may also be able to further assist with your issue.

    If you are still having issues with accessing your account. Please check the:
    Having trouble with my Microsoft ID


    From there, you will be able to click onto the relevant link for you. So you can contact Microsoft Support.

    I hope this helps you with your issue. If you continue to have further problems, please post back and I will try and help you further. I have left you some options above so you can get the best help that you need for this issue. Personally, I would think

  7. on the Password reset Options there is something like "i dont have These Information anymore", this will eventually bring up a contact form where you are asked to enter as much Information related to your Profile as possible

    As far as I have been told. Everything is now done over email. They email the form to you. When you go through all of those steps. Or so I have been told.
