Assissins Creed wont install

Discus and support Assissins Creed wont install in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; We just received a Xbox one S 1TB (FIFA 17) with Madden 17 and Ubisofts Assisssins Creed as free games... we are unable to get Assissin's Creed...     Assissins Creed wont install


    We just received a Xbox one S 1TB (FIFA 17) with Madden 17 and Ubisofts Assisssins Creed as free games... we are unable to get Assissin's Creed Syndicate to install...we put the disk in...nothing, no error, it does not show as queuing to install. Madden
    installed without an issue.

    Any ideas what we might be doing wrong?

    My game has disappeared!

    Were dis you purchase assissins creed from, was this a redeem code, or a purchase from the store.

    If it is from the store, make sure you are signed into the xbox with that account (also check you billing history)

    If its a redeem you need to be logged in with the account you redeemed the code with, otherwise it will not appear in your ready to install section on your xbox.

    We got xbox one for xmas and assissins creed and blackwater were part of the bundle and there is no code and no disc. I have talked to several other people and their bundled games were not in the console either. I contacted the store and they said to contact
    xbox. now what do we do.

    After you clear your cache you have to restart your console. delete the game, clear cache, restart console and redownload. hopefully that will work for you.
