Assissin's Creed IV digital download will not finish installing.

I've purchased Assassin's Creed IV from the Xbox Live store and tried to download it. It remains in the queue after the progress bar completes. If I select the tile in the queue, I get the message: "Installation is almost done. If you have a game disc [I
do not], insert it now. Otherwise, make sure the person who bought this is signed in to Xbox Live, then choose Finish." I only have one Xbox Live account, it is the only one that has ever been used on this machine and is currently logged into Xbox Live. When
I select Finish, the Assassin's Creed queue tile puts the progress bar back up at 100% for a few moments, then the bar goes away and I'm back where I started. Uninstalling the game and trying again is time consuming, but gets me back to exactly the same situation.
I would like to play this game or at least get my money back. Any ideas? As a reminder, I am logged into Xbox Live as the only profile that has ever been on this machine.

Download/Install question

Just bought an xbox one with the digital download of assassins creed, I then bought a disk copy of COD.

downloading assassins creed has used all my download allowance for the month, so my question is will installing COD from the disk use internet or will it be solely from the disk?

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor / Season Pass

I helped someone try to finish installing the season pass for Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor by uninstalling the season pass for Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag and than the installation for Mordor's season pass finished, but when we tried reinstalling the
season pass for Black Flag that had the same issue. Thank you Achilles TB for the fix!

 

Clearing the bluray cache makes no difference either.

 

Hard power reset does not help either.

 

Disabling the network and then trying to Finish causes the queue tile to stall in Installing.... Turning the network back on lets the tile proceed, but it goes directly into the same, unfinished state.

 

this is happening with me for dead rising 3 for the past 3 days. i am getting the same issue. exactly the same description. i am like you with one account only. and no other profiles on my console. i don't know what is going on with the digital copies, but
they need to get it together. i have completely uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now.

please let me know if anyone figures this out
