Assigning games and DLC to a new console.

I recently got a new 360 and used the transfer cable to move all my games, dlc, saves etxc. I then proceeded to transfer my licenses to the new console. Apparently that does not do what I thought it did.

I want to be able to play all my games and dlc offline on the new console. Is there a quick way to do this? I mean I had over 100 gigs on the old one. Do I really have to delete and re-download the hundreds of items I had and use up all that data? I'm thinking
I do, but can I at least skip the deleting and just put them in my que from the website and have them copy over the old files?

Assigning new gamertag to WLID

I saw that, but doesn't that require me to have another WLID to transfer the original profile to? I only have the one WLID and don't want to make another. Is it possible to just delete the original profile and remove it's association to that WLID?

Ok, you must download the content after the license transfer has been completed in order for the transfer to take effect. However, you don't need to delete all of your content. Simply go to your download history and select each item to download. Because
the content is already on your hard drive each download is only basic info and will take about 10 seconds for each one.

You can access your download history from the console by going to System>Accounts>Download History. It's much faster than using the website.

Well, that was still pretty tedious, but 1000 times faster and easier than I thought. There were some weird things where it d/l things that were already on the HDD again, but I don't think that's an issue.

One last question though, I have The Simpsons arcade game, and it says it is no longer available. Is there anyway to get this again?

Unforunately once a game is completely removed from the servers, there is no way to redownload it.

In addition, DLC and content you buy on the same console while be assigned to the console, and the account that bought it, so if playing on another account, the console license will allow you to play with the new bought DLC on the offline profile to an online
one

It depends on the games (I share two separate consoles at home with my wife). For example, Destiny 2 has assign pre-order bonuses to the owner of the purchase, while Far Cry 5 has assign bonuses to both. The same goes for the DLCs, some games allow it, others
