    Assassins Unity XBOX One package.


    whilst I respect and am sympathetic to Microsoft following recent tragic events. I am beginning to become confused regarding my downloaded game.I appreciate that games could not be downloaded on Christmas day due to a range of issues. However today I was
    unable to access my assassin unity game which completed its install this morning. Are the downloaded games without disks, ie the ones with key cards inaccessible when there is an issue with Microsoft. I could not load the game at all, resulting in my being
    unable to play offline either. Further to this I could see my profile but the system did not recognise me as a gold member. Which I am. So.....is my key card faulty?Has it installed incorrectly? Why can I not play offline if the system is down? Am I alone
    in this problem? Did anyone else get the assassin creed Xbox one package for Christmas and have the same issues?

    Same issue here. Trying to play AC Unity but it says "we need to connect to Xbox live" when starting the game. Not cool.

    For the same reason why you need to keep the disc in the drive to play an installed from disc game, you need to connect in order to verify the download only game. In simple terms, it's for anti-piracy. PC games including Steam have been doing this for years.

    I agree with having to connect online to verify games, the problem is I was connected online and it still didn't work.my apologies for not being clear. Does this meanwhile it's a problem on Microsoft's end then??

    where is assassins creed with the bundle

    The Assassin's Creed bundle comes with Assassin's Creed: Black Flag and Unity. The codes for the games will be on a card packaged inside the box. Be sure to check under the flaps of the box as I've read that sometimes the card will slip underneath one.
