Assassin's origins obbiettivo Nuove reclute bloccato

Buon giorno

console Xbox One. DLC OCCULTI

Il gioco non mi ha fatto un obbiettivo nonostante abbia terminato i requisiti.

Obbiettivo segreto: NUOVE RECLUTE

Ho terminato le tre missioni che fanno da requisiti a questo trofeo - L'Ascesa di Shaqilat - Le Ombre dello Scarabeo - La Terra dei turchesi.
COMPLETATE e sulla mappa sono terminato tutto non è più nulla da visitare ne luoghi missioni, ho tentato di ricaricare gli obbiettivi ma senza esisto positivo.
Ho riavviato Più Volte Il Gioco ma nulla.

Ho contattato Ubisoft hanno verificato che effettivamente è un problema su xbox ma il supporto non risponde più come una volta ed ora l'unica è scrivere qui. Qualcuno sa dirmi se ha riscontrato lo stesso problema e come ha risolto?

Hello I just purchased assassins creed digitally and completed all the missions to get the 6000 points. The game does not show like I purchased it on the rewards page. I downloaded the game on my xbox one and played it but when I go to the rewards page it
does not update, ,so it does not give me the 6000 points.

La guida spiega come ottenere l'obbiettivo.. Io ho completo le missioni richieste. Ma l'obbiettivo non si è sbloccato. Dovrei parlare con il supporto xbox ma non rispondono!

Inoltre dovrei annullare l'account e reinstallare tutto dopo.. Vorrei sapere se ci fosse un alternativa...

If you're seeing issue with an achievement not unlocking properly, our
Achievement Sticky post has additional steps that can help you troubleshoot that further. Make sure to go through all of the steps in that post, in case they may help.

If you're still seeing the same issue after running through the entire post, make sure to fill out the survey linked at the bottom of the post. That information goes to the Achievements team. You may not hear back from them directly, but that information
will help them investigate further to identify and address any potential issues.

 

Ho gi fatto tutti i passaggi della guida. Quando ho risolto tutte le missioni avevo la xbox one ed era fine febbraio. A met Marzo ho preso la xbox one S. Quindi ho cancellato il mio account e reinstallato sulla OneS.. I passaggi di cancellazione
e ripristino dell'account li ho quindi fatti. Proverò più avanti a rifare tutti i passaggi ma trovo assurdo che non si possa ripristinare diversamente. Grazie per gli aiuti.

ho compilato anche quello.

Sono anche riuscito a parlare con il supporto xbox ma la persona al telefono ha continuato a dire che avrebbe dovuto considerare l'acquisto del gioco e che il problema era sicuramente di Ubisoft (obbiettivi xbox) .. Nonostante le stesse spiegando
che Ubi aveva per tutti i controlli e verificare che il problema era Xbox.

 

Scusate ma scrivere qui è un problema da telefono...spero si capisca.
