Assassin’s Creed®IV Time saver: Resources Pack

Hi Guys

Has anyone had any problems downloading Assassin’s Creed®IV Time saver: Resources Pack?

Bought the DLC and got an email with a statement:

We're sending you this message to confirm that you have purchased the following items from Microsoft:

Now it does say the following Important: You need to progress until Sequence 3 memory 04 to see the effect of this DLC.

I'm on Sequence 8 or 9 and still not got the DLC? Any ideas???????

Assassin’s Creed®IV Time saver: Resources Pack cannot be used

I have purchased Assassin’s Creed®IV Time saver: Resources Pack. But in the game, it says I have zero resource pack available.

So I believe this DLC hasn't been downloaded properly. In XBOX store, there is no download or install option, it just tells me to buy again.

Have you been able to confirm the purchase was completed over on
commerce.microsoft.com? If the content shows as purchased please reach out to
Ubisoft Support for assistance. They should be able to best help out with in-game unlocks Let us know how it goes.

I had a similar problem while trying to buy it for Assassin's Creed Rogue since it appears as an expansion pack for that game. It didn't download, nor appears on the pending ones. Completely disappear. But it gives me the option to continue buying it...
so I tried download it for three times while chatting with the xbox support online. They cannot tell why this is happening, they said they will contact the developper.

The support told me this is a pack for Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, and stated exactly the same: that you need to progress until sequence 3 memory 4 to see the effect.

From what you said it doesn't work on that game either...

They refund me the value for the 3 purchases since it didn't work, so you should request the same.
