    Assassin's Creed Valhalla will not load on my profile


    Mayday.

    Downloaded Assassin's Creed Valhalla complete edition to my Xbox series s at home.

    Wouldn't load correctly kept crashing when it tried to add the add-ons.

    so I cleared out my user profile in the reserved save data and it worked fine.

    Now I'm at my other apartment. Downloaded it again on a different Xbox series s. Same account.

    Game keeps crashing when loading add ons. Clearing Reserve data does not help.

    Only crashes when I use my Xbox account. Guest account the game runs fine

    It should still work fine if you just sign in and launch the game since your account is the owner of the game. Please do also try the hard reset.

    Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:

    Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console

    1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

    Solution 2: Try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Solution 3: Do a factory reset

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    4. Reset and keep my games & apps.
    I've done everything except the hard reset.

    I think that the issue may be that I'm still logged in on my Xbox account at home. Until my wife gets home and logs me out, I can't play this game.

    Same thing on Assassins' Creed Valhalla too. Screen shows pixelation in the dark areas and refuses to load. Looks like I got a turkey.
