Assassin's creed valhalla crashing instantly

It seems to only be an issue with the one game . I've tried the factory reset with. No change in results. I've also tried switching profiles. I've tried all of the above with no results is there anything else I can do? Thank you for the reply

I have the same issue as this poster more or less. I've done everything including having my series x professionally cleaned, tested and formatted. Valhalla still will crash at any random point in the game, beyond frustrating.

I'm also confused that you recommend no use of surge protector when they can save a console from being bricked during lightning, etc.

Does the issue only happen to that particular game? How about your other games?

To confirm, you mentioned you already reset your console, was it factory reset (keep games & apps)?

To further isolate the issue, try to play the game using a different Xbox profile. Please also try to connect your console to a different network connection if the issue may be related to your network.

For your console power, be sure to directly plug it in to the wall outlet. Don't use any surge protector.
