Assassins Creed Valhalla - Achievements not unlocking.

"If you're on Xbox One:

1. Ensure you were connected to Xbox Live. If you weren't, try connecting to Xbox Live then attempt to unlock the achievement again. Always Connected/Online
2. If you were connected to Xbox Live and you completed the full requirements for the achievement but the achievement seems ‘stuck’ at 100% complete or “Done! Unlocking…”, go to the achievement detail view on Xbox.com or on your Xbox One console to double-check
   whether it is still locked. Checked Checked and Checked. Progress Tracking frozen at 90% or not tracking at all.
3. If your achievement is still locked, wait a full 72 hours and then check on Xbox.com or your Xbox One console and see if the achievement shows as unlocked. It may have unlocked while you were away from your console, PC, or phone. Done
4. If things still aren't looking right, give the following troubleshooting steps a shot:
   • Remove your account from your Xbox One console. - Attempted Several Times
   • Power cycle your Xbox One console. - Attempted Several Times
   • Download your account to your Xbox One console. - Attempted Several Times
   • Attempt to unlock the Achievement again. - Attempted Several Times
5. If the achievement is showing as unlocked, but you're not seeing the Gamerscore from the achievement added to your total Gamerscore and the unlocked count for the game in question is incorrect: Head over to your profile on Xbox.com, view the game and achievement
   in question on your profile, then wait a full 72 hours for things to process. -
   Have now waited approximately 4 days
6. Contacted Support, Was put on hold for 15 minutes then was hung up on."

   Dream Catcher: Destroy 10 Curse Skulls
   
   Issues: Not Unlocking, Frozen at 90% in Tracking, Destroyed 20 or more of these - Sciropscire, Ledecestrescire, Oxenefordscire, Grantebridgescire, Lunden, East Anglia - All of these destroyed at these locations.
   
   Row Rage: Destroy 5 Row Boats in under 2 minutes
   
   Issues: Attempted this several times on a multitude of saves, including a new game. Despite fulfilling the requirements this achievement is not unlocking.

I have since gained other achievements, These have still not unlocked after more than a 72 hr period, I've tried trouble shooting all of the above and even have gone as far as to format my Xbox One X and reinstall everything. Still no joy.

Xbox Support team over the phone was atrocious for hanging up on me after leaving me on hold for 15 mins.

Anyone with any solutions?
