Assassins Creed update installation stuck at 89%

So I've just brought Black Flag today and I got home to begin the installation. My problem occurred here when I had to cancel it twice because it got stuck at 90%. When it finally decided that it'd complete, I needed to proceed to download the 2.3gb update.
Problem is, it never showed up resulting in me having to reinstall it ones more so it could actually appear. Now that it's appeared, it keeps getting stuck on 89%, forcing me to cancel it for the fourth time to see if it'll work - no luck. It's stuck on 89%
and I'm leaving it like that to see if maybe it'll work.

Has anybody had this problem occur to them when installing the game? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks for the future answers.

Questions for new buyer

I git another question for you guys. Where are updates stored? I installed Assassins Creed Unity at 30GB and downloaded a 6GB update. When I go in to storage management I can only see my 30GB install. Does the update override game data? Replacing 6GB of original data?

 

Please Help! I just updated Assassins Creed: Unity. It's stuck at 100%.

I just updated Assassins Creed: Unity. It says it's still updating. It's stuck at 100%. It has been stuck at this point since 12:00 am. It's now 8:47 pm.

 

I'm having the same problem. The first time it installed, it went through to 100 % and it played. For some reason it's now stuck at 68 % after one of my missions..

 

Yeah I believe I'm having the same problem. I purchased the game and as it began installing, it reached roughly 90% and I had the option of beginning to play which I did. I noticed though that the in game dialogue between characters was sporadic as to whether
or not I could actually hear what they were saying. I figured this was because the installation hadn't fully completed. I'm on my second day of playing and the dialogue still seems to be missing in some parts of the campaign (actually a majority). I don't
have the option of finishing the installation it appears and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts.

 

I had this same problem. I had my friend bring his disc over and it installed with no problems.
