    Have been trying to play since 25 Dec. Takes ages to download and then will not sync.

    Have changed disc and even had support from Microsoft but still not working = any ideas?

    What did you try with Microsoft Support? Network port forwarding etc?

    What happens when you try to play? Does it just stay on syncing?

    Installed again, cleared disc space on blue ray, same issue - says unable to sync game, cannot install game off line - beginning to lose patience - can see me getting a PS
