Assassin's Creed Unity won't update, constantly reverts to queued state

So AC Unity will not update and is constantly reverting to a queued state. According to the bandwidth usage, something is downloading but it isin't the update. Tried hard restart and reinstall, and it still will not work.

If you're trying to do a new install of the game then be sure to refuse the update first.

If you are trying to install from a disc then you can try disconnecting the console from the internet for the duration of the install.

 

Did it that way from a disc. Problem is, now the update won't download.
