Assassins creed unity updates

I just recently got an xbox one and one of the games I got was Assassins creed unity and I heard about all the glitches so I wanted to update it befor I play but for some reason the updates wont show up after install and launching the game I am connected
and signed in to xbox live I have the disc version of the game so there should be updates I tried playing the game and it is really filled with glitches so please help.

does assassin creed chronicle India included in assassin creed unity pass ?

 

I would suggest that you try uninstal the game and then re install it whilst signed into Xbox Live to see if it offers to download and install the updates next time.

There is also a very small possibility that the game disc you are installing may have already had all issued updates included with it.

 

Thank you for responding I didn't think anyone would so I tried reinstalling it and the updates didn't appear I'm thinking they might be on the disc like you said cause it was a brand new copy of the game.
