    Assassin's Creed Unity Not Playing


    What game are you trying to play?

    Assassin's Creed Unity

    Is it disc-based, or digital?

    Digital

    Please describe what happens when you try to play. Include error messages & codes, and as many non-personal details as possible.

    When I press the "continue" button to resume playing, my game goes into the loading screen, then freezes, then goes to the main Xbox menu.

    What have you tried to fix this so far? Please be specific. Saying you've tried everything doesn't leave us too many options!

    Not much besides turning the console on and off, since I don't know how to deal with this.

    Please help me fix tell me how to fix this. Thanks

    Assassin's Creed Unity Not Playing

    When you turned the console off was it by the power button on the console or by using the controller?

    Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from it for 5 minutes.

    If that doesn't work then you may need to delete the game and redownload it.
