Assassins creed unity glitch

Hey I bought assassins creed unity this morning got not even half way through the game and the game glitched and made an awful sound I tried to restart everything but the game now won't play at all I went and got a new copy and still no luck, I've
now attempted to uninstall the game and now the game still doesn't work and has frozen up my entire system... anyone have any ideas to help me out?

Whilst we haven't had the same problem we tried to buy helix credits and Xbox will take your money you don't get the helix credits - after all the phone calls , we have been told the issue isn't Xbox and the Unity Game is on Ubisoft server so they can't
help - we got the credits back & told to repurchase but if it happens again they can't help due to the server. We were given Ubisoft phone number and sure enough they are closed - so much for support by both Xbox & Ubisoft - if both were committed to this
launch they would have the support required.....neither of them supply 1800 numbers so if you live in another state it is an interstate call which transfers to overseas. If you purchased the game online don't call Xbox as the game sits on Ubisoft server &
they can't help so you will need to call them after 2pm EST Au

 

We have had both problems the helix credits issues and now the game glitch and the horrible sound. I cant get any help anywhere - it is very frustrating - Xbox states they are only the vendor and we need to go to ubisoft......I don't know if it makes a
difference if you downloaded the game or purchased a disc - we downloaded it - if anyone has any ideas, we would be grateful - can't IM chat or call ubisoft as they are closed because their support services are not in Australia.

 

All of a sudden I can't open a regular chest. I hit the B button and it ignores me. I'm on a side mission but that should not be a problem. It started happening at end of seq 1

 

Wait this could be a nomad chest issue, my bad.

 

I have been having problems with ACU since the 13. The last day I have been able to play. Was a bit laggy during co-op. Then the next day the companion app finally synced with my game. Ever since then, both the game and the app are broke. I can't get in
the game it crashes after loading. The app lost all nomads and sent my initiate level back to 1. There is a major problem with Ubisoft and uplay servers. Xbox told me to do something, didn't work. Reinstalled the game. Still broke! Ubisoft is avoiding my help
tickets! Awesome.
