Assassins Creed Syndicate "Games with Gold" donwload is NOT working

As this was my last day with my monthly XBOX LIVE GOLD subscription I tried to get the game Assassin's Creed Syndicate in the store for the free with the Games with Gold access, but the benefit was not applied correctly and game was bought instead of simply
be donwloadable. This was very strange because I did not have the same problem for Dead Space 2.

Apparently the Assassin's Creed Syndicate is NOT AVALIABLE for FREE on the benefit as the description says. Now I was charged for a mistaken announcement in the store and can't cancel the purchase. I am well aware that refounds for digital products are not
allowed, but it is not my fault that the transaction did not work as intended. Now I'm afraid even to renew the subscription if necessary. Please, I ask to consider the issue I had and refund my purchase.

You would need to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

There are no options in the order history menu for the game, thats why I posted it here as the help suggests. The images bellow should make things clear:

 

This is only for proving that I had a GOLD signature and that it was still valid at the time I was trying to get the game. I had no problem in getting Dead Space 2.

subscription page, then you would need to reach out to the
Xbox Support Chat Team to discuss any refund options.

 

Not sure why the other post got deleted but anyways. Looks like there is no way to refound the purchase and I will be charged full price because a "system error" or some other "unknown problem". Well, all I can say is to fix those kind of issues so that
other people don't have the same problem I did in the future.

 

Well, I gave it another try and was able to solve my problem. Thank you very much for the support. This gives me credibility to keep using Microsoft and Xbox Team services.
