    Assassins creed saved corrupted on the xbox one


    My xbox once crashed at the launch of assassins creed 4. Unfortunately AC4 saves upon launch and this save is now corrupted, meaning i can no longer launch the game on my account (though a second account does work on the same console) as i have the season
    pass i would like to use my account. However i cannot find a way to delete my save and start again. The xbox support page tells me i have to do this n game, but obviously this is not possible. How do i delete a save game without going into my game?

    Your best option is to contact Xbox support. It sounds like you may have some corrupt files maybe. Maybe your uplay and Assassin's Creed IV save files are corrupt. Did you check that out? Also try clearning system cache and see if that does anything.

    UPDATE: I used my account on my friends xbox one, it had all my saves from the cloud on it. I played Assassin's Creed 4 on it and it worked and I was able to play it from where I left off in my campaign. This means that it isn't a corrupted save, I think
    it's just my xbox one that is broken. Would anyone else agree on that I should get a new xbox one?

    Hi there

    As long as you were connected to xbox live and signed in with your profile while you were playing assassins creed your saves will be saved in the cloud.

    So when you go back on assassins creed or any game it will sync the saves back to your console (download the saves to your console from the cloud)

    Indeed, I know that it's regarding Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, when you buy Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag - Season Pass on Xbox One version it will not work on Xbox 360 because there is a version for Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag on Xbox 360 console and Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag for Xbox One. Those two are different.
