Assassin's creed rogue xbox 360 graphics issue.

I just bought assassin's creed rogue for my xbox 360 E. I had seen some videos on YouTube and I was really impressed with the graphics. But there must be something wrong with my console, settings, or HDTV ( a 40-inch sony bravia with my xb hooked up via
an HDMI cable) because the dashboard and game display was horrible. In the game I expected better texture than AC4 but was worse than revelations.Even the colors were not good. Pls help me with the texture or at least post settings.

Appreciate any help.

Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered announced for Xbox One

UbiSoft is re-releasing Assassin's Creed Rogue for Xbox One as "Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered" on 20 March 2018
This will include two bonus missions from the 360 version.

Hey there, I can only suggest going through the following support article and trying to adjust the display settings to match the TV:

support.xbox.com/.../improve-video-quality

You might find the HDTV options has been switched off or something.

Sorry, that didn't answer my question at all. You know, the main problem is the texture.Like when u look at the ship sails from any dock the texture is appalling.Horrible. And I'm not also going to praise the colour quality. Hey will pulling the hard drive
help ? Or will installing the game do the job? I expect a quick reply, microsoft.one more thing, is the problem with my console or the game design itself?

Compare your visuals to the visuals of a YouTube video with someone playing it on the Xbox 360. PS3 has a slight graphical edge over the 360 for this game, and PC is superiour to both versions.

tl;dr, Nothing's wrong with the game.

I was using an youtube video as the medium of comparison in the first place. Its much better. First please post your settings if the graphics are good. Shall I pull out the hard drive after installing the game. Please tell if YOU all are getting good graphics.

Try this:

Go to your dashboard, to settings, then console settings, then video.

Set your resolution to the resolution of your TV and you should see a message about Hz. Set the Hz to your TV's native settings and see if that fixes it.

He's complaining about the low resolution textures, why are you linking him to video settings? There's nothing wrong with his video settings. There's nothing wrong with his console..
That's just the game. You were probably watching PC game play footage, which is graphically superiour on high/ultra graphics settings. That's just how the game looks like on the Xbox 360. There are no settings to post. Xbox is just as it is.
The game's graphical settings cannot be adjusted.

It isn't an issue. The free game for this month is the xbox 360 version. It is backwards compat and will play on XB1 though. But it is a different title than the XB1 version.

I as many hope to see this game, and several other Assassin's Creed games like Brotherhood, Revelations and Rogue coming to XBox One as XBox 360 compatible games to play on XBox One. These are just great and will look better. As for Rogue, perhaps making
an XBox One version of the game, just like done with Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag.
