  1. Assassin's Creed Rogue Sales price error


    I see in the current Ubisoft Sale that A.C. Rogue is listed as with a sale price of $15.00 and $12.00 with a gold subscription. I have a current gold account but when I go to purchase the game I only see a price of $15.99. Is there some way to resolve this
    so I can actually purchase the game at the advertised price?

    Hello,

    I'm not sure I follow. Where are you seeing a price of $12? In both screenshots it appears you are being asked for $15.99 (the discounted Gold price, while for Silver members the discounted price is $19.99). Both these prices ($15.99 for Gold; $19.99 for
    Silver) are consistent with discounting a $39.99 game by 50% (Silver) and 60% (Gold), and this is what you appear to be asked for on the confirmation screen too.

    So unless $12 is showing anywhere else, it seems that things are appearing correctly.

  6. Sure enough; It shows it on that page that Silver should pay $15 and gold should pay $12.

    Ah okay, that makes more sense.

    There's not a whole lot we on the forums can do about incorrect prices like that, but I can try to pass it along and see if anything can be escalated or looked into.

    In the meantime, you might want to try speaking with Phone Support and see if they have any suggestions, although it's unlikely they do but they could have seen the same things already:

    Hmm... I actually spoke with someone in Phone Support earlier today and their suggestion was to have me post on the forums with screenshots with my issue. They said the same thing, that there wasn't a whole lot that they could do either. They mentioned that
    they have heard about this issue from other users besides me, as well.

    It seems like a marketing issue, no?

    Thanks for taking the time to response, though. I do appreciate your responses as it will hopefully get me closer to a resolution. Maybe I'll give phone support another call and see how it goes a second time.

    I passed it along to one of the forum's Support Agents who said it's now "in the right hands" but unfortunately I don't know how long it will take to correct - but if I do hear anything back I will let you know.

    I know I've not solved the problem here, but I hope this at least puts us on the path towards getting it resolved.

    I believe that's where my escalation got forwarded also. Being the weekend, the earliest you will probably have an update is tomorrow, but *usually* you can still snag the deals early on a Tuesday even while the new week's Deals with Gold have just been
