Assassins Creed Revelations Grumble

If anyone knows where i can make an OFFICIAL complaint to Xbox please let me know!

Went to download Assassins Creed through Games with Gold, found i have to go on the website and do it that way...

Thats new :S

Went through the process and had to get a code text to me,

My phone died last week so cant receive texts (phone and sim are dead).

Had to change my security settings to my partners number.

Thought that was it... Now locked into a 30 wait period!!!

Basically was told by Xbox support that unless i buy a 360 I cant get the game...

Not happy as I was looking forward to this one since it was announced and haven't found much interest in the previous 'Games with Gold'

Always been a PS person but thought I would give Xbox a chance... Was going great until now. Really damaged my opinion of them.

Sorry if its in the wrong place, I've never used this place before and my knowlege of tech is getting outdated.

Assassins Creed Revelations Review

Assassins Creed Revelations did Ezio and Altair justice since it was their last game. The ending I particularly enjoyed.
Assassins Creed Revelations Multiplayer was decent.

why we can not Purchased the game of Assassin's Creed Revelations like Assassin's Creed III (3) ???

 

Was it Xbox or PC you tried to download it ?

Why did you just buy a cheap phone to use ?

 

tried to download on xbox, but was told i have to go through my account on pc.

The sim card is broken so doesnt matter what phone i put it in, it wont work.

I've ordered a new sim to do a 'sim swap' then try an sort it out...

Just angers me that they changed it when it worked fine before.
