Assassins Creed Origins - No sound

I purchased the game but I'm experiencing an issue where there's no audio in the game at all. All other games as far as I am aware are working normally, and the system menu noises are fine, it's just this one game which is completely silent.

I have tried the following:

- Remove and Reinstall to internal storage rather than my USB hard drive

- Tried all audio/hdmi output settings

- Tried using a headset plugged into my controller

My console is a new Xbox One X and this is the only game where I've experienced this bug. I'm open to suggestions on how to fix it as in its current state it's unplayable.

Assassins Creed Origins in 4K and HDR is jaw dropping.

Other users experience the same problem or similar (loss of audio quality, etc...). Some users have resolved by deleting the cache on the console with the

power cycle system.

 

Thanks. I've tried that now, but unfortunately, it made no difference. Essentially the game is unplayable and I paid full price for it.

Just wanted to let you know I experience the same issue since today. After a while in AC:O the sound drops, but it is still there in the dashboard. The sound drop is sometimes followed by static on the screen and my tv losing the hdmi connection and/or a
drop to the dashboard. The issue is sometimes fixed by switching between another app and back to AC:O. I am running Xbox on X + Alpha ring+ LG 4K TV + Atmos (just installed two days ago).

 

cant believe this problem has not been resolved yet after all these months,i have the same problem with this game,even went as far as buying the digital download for it and still the same problem as on disc...then they ask what kind of tv,or system problems,its
not either of those,its the game itself,started a fresh download of the game on another xbox,and same problem,all other games work fine....SO WHY CANT THIS BE FIXED???????????have to restart system every time to have sound,which is BS,
