assassins creed origins keep crashing on xbox one x

my xbox one x keep crashing when i play assassins creed origins its freeze an kick me back to the dashboard

only assassins creed origins is crashing no other games

i have do following steps

delete all saves

power cycle

clear cache

factory reset

unistall an reinstall the game

if i install the game offline i can play without crashs ,when i go online update the game the crahes are back

the ubisoft support can not help me

:)

Hab mir heute die xbox one x gekauft und habe leider schon das erste Problem. Das Spiel assassins creed origins lässt sich nach der Installation nicht starten. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung 0x8027025a. Ich hoffe mir kann hier geholfen werden, leider kein guter
Start mit der one x. LG.

 

i have play the game for 150 hours no crashing

since update 1.20 it crashing and kick me back to dashboard

 

That is interesting. Since you have done all of the things I was going to suggest and still having issues with it unless if you are offline and install the game without any issues.
