No. Check the game on the xbox site. It'll tell you the exact time it will be available in your region. For example, I live in the Central timezone so it's going to be available at 11pm on the 9th for me.

Assassin‘s creed Valhalla I’m trying to do the rune duplication glitch but I can’t find no duplicate armor or weapon so I can do the glitch with so I can get more silver

so I went and checked my refunded/return games, and neither assassin‘s Creed unity or terraria appeared. so I do not believe that they were refunded/returned but I could be mistaken. If you need any proof that I owned the games back in those times, I do have screenshots and achievements proving that I did have them.
