    I have seen multiple sources say that the game was coming to cloud day one, does this apply to just mobile phone and cloud play via computers, or will this be applicable to older consoles like the Xbox one as well?

    Hi there

    As long as you were connected to xbox live and signed in with your profile while you were playing assassins creed your saves will be saved in the cloud.

    So when you go back on assassins creed or any game it will sync the saves back to your console (download the saves to your console from the cloud)

    Stream your own games through Xcloud is not fully available on console yet. Just for some Insiders. You may be able to go through the browser on the console and try from there.

    Cloud is independent of hardware. If you have cloud service any game will work that is supported
    That was my understanding, however it still is not available On cloud play in my Xbox yet, but is available on pc and mobile
