Hi habe das Problem das ich Assassins Creed Odyssey im Store vor längerer Zeit gekauft habe und es jetzt wieder installieren will doch leider hält er den Download immer bei 84% an. Habe genug speicher und habe auch mehrmals neu gestartet die xbox kommplett
runter gefahren das Profil ab und angemeldet aber nix. Das Problem tritt immer wieder auf. Vieleicht kann mir jemand helfen.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you have been unable to install AC Odyssey as the download keeps stopping at 84%. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a

factory reset on Xbox One by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
3. Select Reset console.

Once the reset has finished, try installing the game. Be sure to let us know if this helps. As an additional step, try downloading a different game so we can narrow this issue down to just AC. Cheers

Right now this game have a problem with the last update and dont let to install the game. Xbox Live team its working to fix this problem.
