    Assassins Creed Liberation refund


    Does anyone know when or how the refund will be issued for the Assassins Creed Liberation over charge? I consented to $4.99 plus tax and was charged the full $19.99 plus tax. I talked to someone before about it, but I was wondering if anyone else who has
    had this same problem could add some additional info.

    I understand that, I have a reference number, and was told "rest assured this issue will be taken care of", but it hasn't, and I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem.

    Alright, it seems to have been taken care of finally with a second attempt. Apparently Isis "didn't know what she was doing". Even though the second customer service sales rep had to look up that it was currently $4.99. Customer service, gotta love em.
