Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD issues after download

I bought AC: Liberation HD yesterday or the day before and have since not been able to play the game after downloading the game multiple times. First try, got "The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again" with no specific error code. I deleted
the game, restarted xbox 360, deleted cache, restarted, and finally redownloaded and got the same error. I have done that now over 7 times, and don't know what (if anything) I'm doing wrong here. Has anyone had a similar issue and found a way to fix it?
Xbox has all current updates, runs fine and without a glitch since I bought it. (this is the older 360, white, not the sleek black one they came out with afterwards). Any help would be awesome

AC Liberation HD

I recently received Assassin's Creed The Americas Collection and entered the download code into my xbox 360 for Assassin's Creed Liberation HD. After entering the code and hitting the download option, the download never started and nothing is showing up
on my xbox 360 or profile. When I try to enter the code again to try to download the game it says it is already used, but the game never downloaded. Can anybody shed some light on this?

Its showing that Assassin's Creed Liberation HD is on sale for $4.99 But when you go it buy it, it says $19.99 Whats up with that?? Anyone????
