    Assassins Creed IV - Freedom Cry backwards compatible?


    Has anyone else been able to access the Freedom Cry DLC on the 360 version of Black Flag? I own the DLC and the season pass is installed on the console but can't seem to access Freedom Cry. All the other DLC appears as 'Installed' on the in game menu, with
    FC as the exception.

    Does anyone know if this part of the game hasn't been made compatible with XB1?

    I too got that after successfully playing after midnight and today. But now my screen stays on the "Init DLC Package..."

    It seems like an issue.

    I still say there is a chance for the game to become backwards compatible, simply stated because there are games that were already present on the Xbox One but were released as backwards compatible titles. Call of Duty: Ghosts and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
    both have had this treatment..

    In terms of Remastered or "Enhanced" games and backwards compatibility, Darksiders I and II along with Castle Crashers have enhanced Xbox One versions but still made their way to backwards compatibility. So there's always a chance.

    Assassins Creed 3 is on the backwards compatibility list, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? And seeing if redownloading it will fix it?

    Well i have tried many games like far cry 3, assassin's creed IV, call of duty black ops, and many more but they all got the same error. Currently i am trying to play far cry 3. Games like gta V, assassin's creed origins and watch dogs 2 run perfectly.

    Plus if I remember correctly Microsoft promised every free with gold game would be backwards compatible and yet Assassin's Creed 4 is it backwards compatible BioShock Infinite is and backwards compatible those are just examples don't lie to us Microsoft
