Assassins Creed IV downloading extremely slowly, and then saying that it cannot download

Hello! I am an xbox live gold member and went to download Assassins Creed IV but it is downloading extremely slowly and then after a bit it just stops downloading and says that it cannot download it! I have checked my internet connection and it is going
very fast. I have also deleted the download and tried again, cleared my system cache, restarted my xbox, but none of these are seeming to work! Thank you for your time!

Can't re-download previously purchased games from Xbox live game store.

My Xbox won't download assassins creed I didnt get to finish downloading it because I was away from the Xbox and now I'm trying to download it since I'm home but it won't even get to 1% without saying(can't do assassins creed) someone please help me fix
this

It's the same with AC IV.

It doesn't even download to 1% before telling me "can't download".

Last night it got to 63% before stopping an saying "can't download"

It's not my end because iv cleared system cache,

Location and region are the same, tested my internet speed

I think it's a bug in the code for the download.

Sorry to hear it guys. I've been experiencing the same issue as late but have found a workaround until it gets fixed.

When the download stops do not head to Storage and delete it. Restart the download and it will continue on from the point that it left off. A little annoying, I know, but at least it gets the job done.

Mine gets stuck at 16% and then says "can't download assassins creed iv" and it cancels the download. The 8GB is still taken up on the drive, even though it doesn't show it. Can restart the download but it fails again at the exact same point.

When presentimg a problem its best to make your own thread as everyones settings is different and not all steps are tailored to your situation
