Assassin’s Creed II Save File Disappeared From Cloud

Usually, if a cloud save gets corrupted or missing, there is no way to recover it. I'm really sorry about this.

But you can try a few options:

- First, Remove your account from your Xbox console:

1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove. ​​​

4. Close. ​​​

Clear the 360 storage:

- From the Home screen, scroll to the left and select Settings.

- Select All Settings and then select System.

- Select Storage and then select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

- Select yes.

After that, perform a power reset on the console:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

After the console starts, please clear the local saved data (be aware that saves that are not uploaded to the cloud will be lost; you can skip this step if you want):

Press the Xbox Button > System > Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games.

- Add your account to your Xbox console again:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.

As long as you were connected to xbox live and signed in with your profile while you were playing assassins creed your saves will be saved in the cloud.

So when you go back on assassins creed or any game it will sync the saves back to your console (download the saves to your console from the cloud)

i think it was Assassin's Creed or maybe Assassin's Creed II

I had the same problem other day got a new Xbox uploaded save games for Halo 4 and Assassins Creed 3 to the cloud I had problems with both the saves for both games. I had to copy the saves from the cloud to the HDD then delete the Assassin's creed 3 update
from the HDD not the save but the update. Disconnect from Xbox live load up Assassins creed the save should be there but wont let you play it due to no update reconnect to Xbox live and it will tell you to update AC3 do this the game will restart and your
save should be there and working.

Still haven't figured out how to get my Halo 4 saves to stop syncing and erasing my campaign data though.

Assassin's Creed II, because it is undoubtedly the best Assassin's Creed game ever made (and has the best story of the 3 Assassin's Creed games IMO). After playing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood I couldn't believe how much more fluid the movement is in Assassin's
Creed II (at least to me). It's like they went backwards with Brotherhood.

After I get bored with Assassin's Creed II, who knows. I might switch over to my Gamecube and play Twilight Princess some more, or I may go rent Red Dead Redemption and finish my playthrough with that one. Truly a remarkable game.
