Assassin's Creed Games. Present to Old Titles. (Xbox 360 & Xbox One).

Yeah.. As for me, I am like really want to play Assassin's Creed Rogue because it is a different story mode that takes place if I am correct before Assassin's Creed 3. Anyway, I got more information on Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Since it is only Single
Player with no Multiplayer, Co-op or An Companion App.. Ubisoft is thinking of bringing back the Counter Attack.. But I might have mis-read but it says that The Counter Attack in AC Syndicate will not be Instant Kill.. I wonder how it will play out? Here is

Wait, Syndicate has NO multiplayer? Yay!

Well, I played a little bit of the MP during a beta held for Brotherhood on PS3 and it was alright, but I haven't played it lately.

 

Syndicate. The things I like the look of so far.

• Carriages and the return of horses (seriously, does AC have the best horses of any series ever? AC1 had responsive horses. Really well animated. I used the horses in Dragon Age Inquisition once to do the races quest, and it was laughable how crud it was.
  Larf-arb-ul! Pointless addition.)
• Choice of male and female protagonists.
• A better system for a Brotherhood/gang thingy. I hope we can customise our dudes with some degree of detail.
  
• The visual style. Looks cool.

Things I don't like the look of...

• The absurdly fast combat. (One dev said it's to speed it up so players can get on with other things. That ain't a good sign. So skim over that major aspect of gameplay and get on with what, seriously what? Collecting stuff? Gah. I guess they got complaints
  that Unity combat was too slow or something. I heartily disagree with that.)
• The grapple hook/rope delio. Seriously? Arkham, Just Cause, Bionic Commando. Why not use an Animus glitch to blur the player up a wall if you want a fast ascent mechanic? Why not think... like, creatively? Why not think for longer than the two seconds it
  took for somebody in the room to say, "Grapple hook!" Before patting one another on the backs and introducing this thing we've all seen and used a kuh-mi-billion times before in a muh-trillion different games?
  

That's my lot. Heh. Won't be buying day one either cos... y'know... Unity was brokened and bustified when they hurled that out into the world. They don't get a pass for that. =)

You're very right. I could've said if you enjoyed Black Flag play Rogue - So let's pretend I said that instead ;-)

E3 starts tomorrow so I'm looking forward to seeing lots of things. Syndicate high up amongst them.

The combat in the game does look rather intensified, although so far I've only seen videos where the character is fighting 1 single opponent. If it is that fast with multiple opponents it could be a right pain in the backside!

I'm actually quite looking forward to the Grapple, and not really relishing the carriages lol.

If they implement the carriages as they are talking about, as transport/cover/hiding places and somewhere to entice people into - then they could be quite good fun. But I'm not looking forward to the chases in them. This is AC and not GTA.

The grapple does however open up the rooftops again. The last few games, the use of rooftops has dropped off and I personally feel that's a shame. Also it's a steampunk setting and time, so really the grapple fits. (I'm actually quite surprised they haven't
implemented grapples sooner, although not fired from something)

They are talking about bringing back the whistle - which I'm happy about.

I didn't buy Unity on Day 1, and I'm quite glad I didn't. But we'll see about Syndicate, if they manage to hype it up enough and I clear the back catalogue I have to play I may purchase it on day 1.

But then, the tail end of the year there are a lot of good games (hopefully) coming out!

 

Argontheos? Yeah! I can see about the grapple Hook, It heavily reminds me some sort of Just Cause 2 or 3 (Releasing in December 1st of 2015) Grapple Hook..

 

Kanaye x? Well that is what Ubisoft said.. But I am not sure if Ubisoft might change their plans about it.. But here is an Old-Post about The AC Syndicate Multiplayer post.
