Assassin's Creed download problem?

Did anyone else have a problem trying to play black flag after the download finished? I bought the Xbox 1 bundle with assassins creed and I downloaded black flag but when I went to play it its says still downloading, but yet it's showing it was 100% complete.
Any help would be great.

Xbox 360 says it can't download purchased content

I was not given an error code, just a pop up at the bottom of the screen that says <insert content> Can't be downloaded.

Download goes back and forth between 0 & 1% then jumps to 100% followed by can't be downloaded.

I purchased but can't download the following:

• Assassin's Creed Revelations
• Assassin's Creed Revelations - The Lost Archive DLC
• Assassin's Creed 2 - Sequence 12: Battle of Forli DLC
• Assassin's Creed 2 - Sequence 13 : Bonfire of the Vanities & Secret Locations DLC
  

 

Me too. After the AC4 title screen I see a quick snow screen flash then it stays at a black screen. I tried restoring the xb1 to factory default, and reinstall the game to no avail. I'm already *** and considering returning the xb1. If this is something
that I'm gonna have to live with as an xb1 owner, then it ain't worth it.

 

I bought the Xbox one bundle with assassins creed unity and black flag. I try write redeem code for a black flag and xbox tell me "something went strong,sorry about that".

Please help

 

I have similiar issue, I redeemed my Black Flag code on website but the game is not in xbox store so I cannot download it.

 

I also bought the Xbox one bundle with assassins creed unity and black flag (No Kinect) and I went to redeem code, put in the top code (the bottom one is unity game download) and it says that the code is unreadable, i entered it in Xbox one 3 times, didn't
work so i entered it in the computer and it still doesn't work. Help please i had no troubles with the bottom one.

 

I can't even get that far. Get an error right after entering the code... so frustrating.

 

I bought the bundle also. I can play black flag but Unity isn't even showing up on my Xbox one and I lost the code of course and game stop said there isn't anything that could be done about it

 

Hey guys, sounds like a cache issue to me. If you hold down your power button on the front of the console it will turn off -
Don't let go! - leave your finger on the button until it turns back on. Once your console has fully restarted, try the game again and let me know if it worked or not.

Basically this refreshed the cache for the console; shutting all programs down fully... or something like that anyway.

How I know: I responded to somebody with a similar issue last night and it worked for them.
