Assassins Creed Bundle Codes Taken

Hi, my brother had planned to buy the sunset overdrive xbox bundle in november, however they ran out of stock, therefore he was forced to switch to the Assassins Creed Bundle. He has never played nor plans to play the games, so he gave the codes to me as
a gift. When i went to redeem the codes it appears they have already been used. He double checked to make sure he did not accidentally use the codes, and he knows no one else had access to them. I have contacted customer support and was directed here, or to
return to the store in which the bundle was purchased. I do not expect the store to help in any way, as i have had issues with xbox live codes before, so i am looking for administrator assistance. I was really looking forward to playing these new games, so
please help.

Won't let me redownload game

My Xbox is the assassins Creed bundle that came with assassins creed black flag and assassins Creed unity I deleted assassins Creed black and wanted to redownload it it but it dosent show up in my download history and the market place says I have to purchase
it again. Anyone know what's wrong?

maybe the code is only good for the consol it was sold with! it was a bundle after all!

 

You can definitely use bundled codes with other consoles. I bought my Unity code off of some kid who had received the bundle as a gift and didn't want the games. The code worked fine on my console.
