Assassins creed brotherhood

Hello,

I have checked the backwards compatability for xbox 360 games and it states that assassins creed brotherhood is a approved game for the backwards compatability, but my xbox one states that its not recognizable. Is there some miscommunication or an error
on my device? Thank you!

Which Edithion Should I Get

Should I get the:

Assassin's Creed:Brotherhood Classic Edition this one GAME | Consoles, Games & Accessories & Free UK Delivery!

or should I get the Assassin's Creed:Brotherhood Da Vinci Edition this one

The reason for the question is that I'm not sure what the difference is between them they both say bonus content but not what it is, could you give me the pro's and con's between the editions.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand this can be confusing since Assassin's Creed Brotherhood says it is not supported but is listed on our

backward compatible list. I would recommend trying to remove
and re-add your account.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag,
go to Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

My problem got sloved because i didnt use my account, i just put in the game today and it asked for a free update, let people know about this!
