    Assassin's Creed Brotherhood in the marketplace for the Xbox 360 cannot be purchased


    A friend and I have tried purchasing this game several times over the last few days. I bet MS can look at the purchase history and see no purchases for the full game for quite a while. Here's a post from April 2020 reporting a similar problem.

    If I'm able to get the marketplace listing to go to the point of selecting a payment method, eventually I get a generic error message: Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.

    I have tried so many times on mobile and desktop, multiple browsers. Nothing works.

    Alternatively if you'd prefer a physical disc copy of it, it's still for sale as an Xbox Classic, or as part of the Assassin's Creed Compilation pack (with Brotherhood), or the Ezio Trilogy (with AC2 and Brotherhood).
