Assassins creed Black Flag wont download

i just brought Assassins creed Black flag off xbox live and the download keeps failing, the xbox says "Can't Download". My internet is working fine and nothing seems to be wrong, any ideas on how to fix it?

Won't let me redownload game

My Xbox is the assassins Creed bundle that came with assassins creed black flag and assassins Creed unity I deleted assassins Creed black and wanted to redownload it it but it dosent show up in my download history and the market place says I have to purchase
it again. Anyone know what's wrong?

 

I have the same problem, tried to reset the cache and all the other stuff, but It keeps not downloading the game.

 

Go to your Storage device, Delete the Downloaded game that didn't fully download, It should have a yellow mark on it showing that there was a problem. Once deleted Clear cache, and then re-download it. Worked for me.

 

I tried that. It still stays at zero percent and for some reason my Live connection fails as well. It might just by my internet but I waited a whole hour and the download bar did not move

Although Kuni Wolf is correct, this method doesn't always work unfortunately.

If you're getting the message "Can't download content" then follow these steps:

• From the Dashboard go to Settings/System Settings/Storage and select the drive you saved to.
  
• Go to Games & Apps and find the game. Even if it doesn't have the yellow triangle with exclamation mark, delete it anyway.
  
• Go back to the drive you selected & press Y. You'll get the option to Clear System Cache. Select that, do this 3 times.
  
• Reboot the Xbox and try the download again. Do not start playing any other games while it tries to download!
  

If this does not fix the issue, you need to
contact Xbox Support

Please note that clearing the system cache is much like clearing your browser history on your computer. You won't lose any vital information by clearing cache.
