Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag appeared on my console but is now gone

I redeemed a copy of Far Cry 4 through the Assassin’s Creed: Unity Launch Disaster Relief Program from Ubisoft. I had bought AC: Unity at launch with the season pass and was happy to receive a free game.

However, when I booted my console I found that I had two new games: Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag as well as Far Cry 4. Have anyone else have this happen? Both games were playable and it was the full game and everything.

Unfortunately, I had some problems with the external disk that I used to store games on. Replaced it and reinstalled the console. I still see Far Cry 4 in my list of games. However, AC: Black Flag is no longer My Games. When I go the Store I see Far Cry
4 has an Install button but AC: Black Flag lists its full price. Seems I lost that game. I can’t find it listed in my account transactions, but the uPlay website lists it as a game I play on Xbox One. The Android SmartGlass app also lists the game in my activity

Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity Bundle

I just bought the Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity Bundle. I redeemed the code, it downloaded and installed Unity but not Black Flag. On the Xbox One box and front of the card it shows both Unity and Black Flag. How can I get Black Flag to download?
