Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag

OP what's your deal with "M" ratings? Got m phobia? Or real young. If real young well there are 8 year olds on cod buff said

 

@JMonster: There's really not very much strong language in the game, and the few examples there that exist are minimal.

 

Here's the official ratings summary from ESRB:

Rating Summary: "This is an action-adventure game in which players assume the role of a pirate looking to amass a fortune in the 17th century. As players explore open-world environments, they interact with pirates, travel between ports, and engage in combat
against the Royal Navy and Spanish Colonies. Players can also engage in swordfights with armed soldiers on ground; players can also employ stealth kills using various weapons (e.g., concealed blades, blow guns) to incapacitate enemy soldiers. Some sequences
depict pistol shots to the head and characters getting impaled. Large blood splashes appear when enemies are injured, and blood is sometimes depicted around corpses. During the course of the game, the dialogue references sexual material (e.g., “when you catch

So far it's far better than 3, but I still find AC2 and Brotherhood to be the best of the series hands down.

 

AC2>AC1>AC4

AC4's Modern day story is stupid, the rest of it is excellent. Imo, the modern day story was a major positive for the AC series.

 

I have played and finished every entry of this series on Xbox and adored almost all of it... except Black Flag. I don't know why I guess I burnt myself out. The point is does the rating really even matter? The game has never been about graphic content and
more about freedom of choice and exploration
