Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag: Devil of the Caribbean achievement did not unlock

Approx June 28th at 4:00 PM EST, I should have unlocked the Devil of the Caribbean achievement in Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, by defeating all 4 of the legendary ships. I have gone through all of the listed troubleshooting on
the website, and have been directed to make this forum post by a member of Xbox support who provided me as much assistance on the matter as he could. I had also reached out to Ubisoft support on the matter as well, but they told me that there's nothing they
can do on their end and to reach out to Xbox support for further help.

Achievements that never popped

I have been playing Assassin's Creed Black Flag for the second time, but this time on the xbox one. This time I've decided to get 100% in order to fully enjoy the Assassin's creed experience. However, 3 achievement did not unlock when I played through this
time. The Achievements are "Devil of the Caribbean," "Killer Killer," and " FTFY." Two of these achievements are one time unlocks that I never received, and the achievement "Killer Killer" no matter how many time I Kill a killer whale the achievement isn't
rewarded to me either. Seeing as how these achievement's are towards the end of the game I wouldn't want to replay the entire game after having played 15 hours worth of content.

 

Worth buying?

Just brought the Assassin's Creed Anthology, so definitely buying Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag

 

It's more than likely a waiting game as some achievements just take time for some reason to pop into your listing.

 

I would certainly like to hope so! However this is an achievement that has bugged out on countless others (something having to do with one of the ships sinking itself and not counting toward achievement progress?) so I'm certainly not expecting the achievement
to pop anytime soon, sadly
