assassins creed 2 won't install from disc

Discus and support assassins creed 2 won't install from disc in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i have a xbox one console and am trying to install assassins creed 2 from a disc and it wont read the disc' i have plenty of space it just refuses...     assassins creed 2 won't install from disc


    i have a xbox one console and am trying to install assassins creed 2 from a disc and it wont read the disc' i have plenty of space

    it just refuses to install anybody else having problem?

    Assassin's Creed Revelations won't load/install

    I'm having the exact same problem, tried 2 brand new discs and it just won't install, I've used a disc drive cleaner and it rectified why the other game wouldn't install, but it's just Assassin's Creed: Revelations that won't install and when I try playing
    it, it freezes up.

    assassins creed 2 won't install from disc

    have u tried going to two other games and then restarting ur console n then reinstalling it

    Hi!

    Check that the console is properly connected to the Live service. AC2 is part of the backward compatibility program, so on the first time (when you insert the disk), it needs an update to run it on X1.

    Hi Brad, it's 2 xbox 360 games (assassins creed, assassins creed 2 and the original battlefront games) but blu ray discs read fine. Out of interest I've tried a standard dvd and that doesnt read either
