    Assasins Creed Unity Download Freezes The Xbox One Console


    I just got the Xbox One Unity bundle last friday. with the two free downloadable games. Started playing ACU tues on launch after it downloaded. To my horror after just a short span of time playing. When I went to quit the game it totally froze my console.
    This bundle did not come with Kinect so I had to figure out how I was gonna shut this off. I called support which I have to say was very unhelpful and told me to do things that made no sense since I was frozen and told them this. I had to figure out on my
    own to hold in the power button for 10 seconds to refresh the console. That worked. However every time I go to play ACU it does the same thing it will let u play for hours but then when you go to quit your frozen. I have MGS Zero and no problem with it. Also
    black flag and Killer instinct download also no problems. Whats the sense of having the unity bundle when that game freezes your console bugs out and doesn't run properly. I hope there is going to be a fix for this since online all i see is whining about the
    pc version which is all ubisoft seems to care about. I don't even care about the framerate I can live with that. I can't live with every time I'm done playing getting my console frozen. Also microsoft needs to train their customer service in india to listen
    when people are explaining what their issue is. How can I press a button when my system is frozen. Clean out my cache I felt like telling the guy to clean out his ears. Waste of time for 30 minutes for me to figure it out myself.

    The assasins creed blackflag is free for 360 but not unity

    There are 2 arcade titles free but no assasins creed for xbox one yet

    How to find a download code again?

    I have rest my Xbox One to factory settings and I would like to download the two games which have been bundled with the console (Assasins Creed Black Flag and Unity).

    Unfortunately I threw away my download code.

    Is there a possibility to re-download the games?

    I'm sorry to hear that. I would suggest to go over our support article
    'How to troubleshoot problems playing a disc on your Xbox one'

    Also, you can clear the persistent storage:

    Select System > Settings >Disc& Blu-ray >
    Blu-ray > Persistent storage> Clear

    After clearing the persistent storage, perform a "hard power cycle to the Xbox:

    1. Perform a "hard power cycle" by holding down the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds. Once the console has completely shut down, press the
      Xbox button on the console again to restart it.
    2. Try your disc again. Wait a few seconds to see if the console recognizes it.
