Anyone else's preorder armor weapons pack suddenly disappear?

Which Assasins Creed?

Assasins creed 3 will be the best in my opinion. but from the ones out so far i like assasins creed 2.

Smwutches is correct unity was never freee

The assasins creed blackflag is free for 360 but not unity

There are 2 arcade titles free but no assasins creed for xbox one yet

 

Can you clarify a bit further? Did they disappear from in-game, or did the downloaded pack for the game at the system level disappear?

If you had the option for the armor pack in the game before, but can't find it in the game anymore, the first thing I'd recommend is to

full physical power cycle your console using the steps here.

 

I was in the middle of the game and all of my addons that came with the pre-order disappeared besides the season pass stuff they said it's a Ubisoft problem so I'm not really sure but it really screwed me
