Asphalt8 crashes randomly

I am having problem running the windows store app Asphalt8 airborne as it just keeps randomly crashing for me either when i finish a race or when i just go through the different tabs in the game.
i have checked the Event viewer and tried to find what the problem is but so far i haven't found anything anywhere. idk what to do. i have run the SFC /scannow in PowerShell but it did not fix it at all...

I have also tried to clear out the game cache by resetting the game as well but it also did not help at all...

I really wanna know what the problem for me is and how to make it stop...

Also the game is pretty slow at connecting to the internet and loading in the in-game offers and the free rewards after starting the game but that might be normal... idk
