    Hello Gameloft and Microsoft,

    Whenever I Open My Game It Goes Smoothy But After Some Time When In Game Advertisement Comes And Pop Up On My Screen The Advertisement Never Show And Dim Screen Goes On And No Close Button Shown, And Force Me Quit The Game And Reopen But Problem Goes On Forever. I Am Getting This Problem When New Update Of Asphalt 9 Legends Arrive To Upgrade To Unite.

    Solutions I Tried But Not Helped :-

    1. I Already Tried Installing This Game On All The Available Platforms For Windows Like Microsoft Store, Steam And Epic Games.

    2. I Kept Opened My Game For Literally 3O Minutes But Dim Screen Didn't Fix.

    I Hope You Will Understand My Problem,

    Okay I'm not sure exactly what happened. But I tried posting something already here and it doesn't look like I can see it anymore. It might just be a browser issue of mine but just in case I'll try again. I was having the same problem after switching out
    my controller with my brothers and then back again. I did the hard reset and also unplugged it from the wall for the 2 minutes and it seems to be fixed and working now. Just in case anybody else is having this problem too, I just wanted to post my results
    after trying that.

    Can you try a full console restart by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and once the console has shut down I would personally also remove the power cable from the wall outlet for 2 minutes. After this power
    the console back on and hopefully everything should now be working correctly.

    Hi I was experiencing the same thing after switching out my controller with my brother's and then back again. The screen would dim and i could get the power/narrator/magnifier if i kept holding it, but the guide would never appear. I was having to restart
    the console if I wanted to use a different game/app. I did exactly what you recommended including the power cord out of the wall and it looks like that fixed it. It took me a little bit to find this thread so wanted to at least post my results/thanks since
    the OP didn't.
