Asphalt 9 Legends on Windows store

Asphalt 9 Legends is a Windows 10 only game, hence why you cannot download the game with Windows 8. Check the system requirements on here

My pc is windows 8.1. It should allow me to download this game. Whenever I do it just refreshes the page and says "You own this game". I do not see anything downloaded or anything. My pc can run it just fine (I checked the requirements). I do not
see any sign of it downloading. Please help.

when i ran as administrator on the wsreset.exe, it did not work

it showed the same message" windows store is not available right now, try again later". any alternatives??

This is such a great game, have you thought about upgrading to win 10?
