Asphalt 9 doesn't want to launch after update.

I'm an idiot!!! On the solutions that didn't make sense was the thing "expand all". There was the procedure!

OK so I followed that prompts... looks promising. got stuck at the following...

c:\Users\User>netsh interface Teredo set state type=default

This requested operation requires elevation (Run as administrator)

How do I do that?

Looks like I'm at the end of my skill-set... some of the options are french to me and could be the fix. Especially on the Peredo setting.

Otherwise gonna bite the bullet and take it to a shop.

HI. it starts by saying 'unable to qualify" then I press "fix it"... it runs then say "strict". I tried that support thing but not getting anywhere. Please not my computer skills is average at best... your instructions are simple enough to follow, thanks for your patients!

Exists the possibility that the latest update is the one causing this problem.
But we can try to isolate the issue a bit more.

First make sure if your windows system and all apps are up to date

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

If yes, and if the issue persists. Try this:

A. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

By the way, is the game installed on the C: (system) drive or did you installed it on another partition?

Are you able to test with a different wifi network?
For example sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot , connect your PC in that way and check if the Teredo problem persists.

In the meantime, when you checked for windows updates and advised in a previous reply.
Was you able to find new updates?

If not, let's try the opposite. Remove the latest windows update to see if maybe this is the one causing the problem
