Asphalt 8 perm ban

Ok since gameloft refuses to think their anti cheat systems are wrong I invited everyone here to view the following live stream recording on my mixer and see if you see any hack or cheats running during these streams. These are taken over 5 days of play
between 2 different perm bans top to bottom older to newer.

Apologies but no one on the Xbox forums can deal with enforcement cases.

You will need to go to Xbox's enforcement page for any information about a case.

 

I was told to post here by xbox tech support in hopes a mod would review the evidence on the ban issued by gameloft win 10 pc so is not a enforcement issue

and gameloft refuses to do anything as seen here Gameloft Forums • unfair unjust ban fixed finally

 

basically this is in hopes Microsoft will review the evidence that gameloft failed to. and help in some way to unban me or pull their app from windows 10 store for mistreatment of customers and breach of their own terms of service.

 

@Geth but hey if you have time to skim all videos for hack and cheats use would appreciate it

 

Sorry to hear you were suspended.

If this is a game specific enforcement only then you'll need to contact the game developers as Xbox cannot help with it.

If it is a suspension from Live then you'll need to log in to this site http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a
case review with the PET.

to Sum it up im here because of bad treatment from gameloft support and want Microsoft forum admins or mods to review evidence I posted and ask gameloft to sort this issue not just slap a ban on it not investigate and call it good as they did.

As for why not contacting gameloft they refuse to even look at my evidence instead saying their robot systems dont make mistakes or well so they think.

further reason im here the game is on Microsoft windows store and if they want im sure they can have the app pulled after all they dont want bad rep developers linked to them im sure.

Unfortunately, any type of suspension outside of the Enforcement team can't be helped with here on the forums or through the Enforcement website. Gameloft is your best contact for in-game suspensions and bans within Asphalt 8. I understand the frustrations
and appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have any other Xbox support questions, feel free to let us know.

 

hi Maka this is were live tech chat for xbox sent me think intent is for me have mod or admin review evidence reply here if they see any wrong doing in the videos and forward that to gameloft to let them know they made a mistake.

If you want to go over them and reply your to if you see hack or cheats being used as well as any other feel free more people get more gameloft might be forced to actually look at this as a missjudgement ban.

 

some videos are quite long but all can be quickly skimed to see if any type hacks or such run when I play and recorded these.

 

gameloft has taken this attitude with me which is why stop email them. Our systems detect such and such and ban wont be lifted regardless of evidence showing you did nothing wrong.

what do you do in such a situation when u know you have done nothing wrong and that company just refuses you.

 

I know problem cant be solved here just looking for support to back my claim for those that see I did nothing wrong. Does anymore know a place to report such a company to Microsoft for abuse mistreatment of customer ?
