Asphalt 8 Airborne overcharge

Hello. I made a purchase within the game that was worth 14.56€ (63.99 lei - my country's currency), but instead I was charged 63.99€ (281.23 lei, so about 4 times the amount). Obviously there was a mix up between the 2 currencies.

I would like to ask what can I do to get the difference back.

Game point not updating.

I have completed the "Perfect Nitro"achievement in Asphalt 8 Airborne. But it is not updated in the Xbox games app in Windows Phone 8.1. Why?

 

But did you actually paid in euros? You xbox live store region is on euros?

 

Hello Fabio and thank you for your interest. At the time of the purchase (7 months ago) the price was shown in lei (Romanian currency), at 63.99 lei. I made the payment from my credit card when I realized that I was charged 63.99€, exchanged at the bank's
exchange rate from that day (281.33 lei was withdrawn from my account, worth 63.99€).

Today when I want to make a purchase, I see all the prices in euros. So I guess the problem was the currency.

I contacted Gameloft, the developer of the game, but they said that they received 14.56€ from Microsoft so I have been trying to track the problem ever since. I got no response from Microsoft whatsoever so I am trying also here.

I hope someone will give me a solution.
